COVID 19
Full PPE will be worn during all trials and bookings as per government guidelines.
Please make sure only yourself and one other person attends your bridal makeup trial/occasion makeup appointment. All other treatments such as LVL lashes should only be attended by the individual having the treatment.
If you have had to move your wedding date due to the coronavirus pandemic, I will do my best to accommodate your new date. If I am unavailable on your new date, I will do my best to find you a suitable replacement. It is within my discretion and judged on a case by case basis on whether deposits will be refunded.
BRIDAL DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS
A £50 deposit is taken to secure your wedding date. This is usually taken after your initial consultation with me via Zoom. Deposits are non refundable but redeemable against your final payment on your wedding day. Weddings are booked on a first come first serve basis.
BRIDAL PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash and must be completed up to one week before your booking date. If a payment is not received by at least the day before your wedding date, I will assume my services are no longer required. Any last minute services added to your booking will result in an updated invoice being sent to you. You will be required to complete payment for these in at least one weeks time. Late payments will be charged.
By booking with me, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.
BRIDAL CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your wedding then your deposit is non refundable. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 working days. If you decide to cancel my services with less than 6 weeks before your wedding date then any final payments/deposits received will not be refunded. Trials will not be refunded.
If your date has been reserved and confirmed and I have tried to make contact with you with no response, a final warning will be sent to you. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, your contract will be terminated and your date will no longer be reserved. No refunds of deposits will be given in this instance.
EXPECTATIONS (ALL TREATMENTS)
My kit is always fully cleaned and sanitised after every client. It is the clients responsibility to inform me of any allergies/illnesses that may affect application. I am not liable for any allergic reactions.
I have the right to cancel or refuse your booking at any time. I have the right to refuse services on anyone I deem to be a hygiene risk with contagious illnesses such as cold sores.
I kindly request no smoking around myself or my professional kit. I kindly request no testing of my professional kit by clients. Anything you would like to try can be dispensed to you using a disposable applicator.
If the size of your booking changes, please contact me as soon as possible.
All services will be carried out at your home or chosen location.
Bridal trials can sometimes take between 2-3 hours for the bride alone. If you request extra time or additional looks you will be charged an additional fee and another date may need to be arranged to carry these out.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
Any location over 10 miles away from NG25 will be charged at 50p per mile.
For destination weddings, travel and accommodation fees will be added to your booking and will be pre agreed before you book.
